Returns & Refund Policy

At U-Fab & Bros Interbiz, we are committed to ensuring that our customers receive quality steel products suitable for their intended use. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, this Returns Policy outlines the options available.

Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following requirements:

  • Items must be unused and in the same condition as delivered.
  • Items must be returned within 7 days of purchase.
  • Must include receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Only full bundles are accepted for return (not partial lengths).

Non-Returnable Products

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Customized cutting, bending, or fabrication services
  • Special-order sizes and lengths
  • Items damaged due to improper handling after delivery

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed within 3–7 business days via your original payment method, unless otherwise agreed.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are allowed for similar products of equal value, subject to availability at the time of request. Price differences (if any) will be adjusted accordingly.

Return Costs

Customers are responsible for return logistics unless the return is due to an error from U-Fab & Bros Interbiz (such as wrong product or damaged delivery).
